Job Description
Guide Technical team to provide technical solutions to overall manufacturing process in the plant Guide Technical team to feed the sewing lines effectively in a way that minimizing changeover time.
Implement Quick Change Over (QCO) process in the plant to minimize losses in line feeding and hence improve the learning curves of the styles
Coordinate with sample department / preproduction and quality department on making approved samples to ensure that best production friendly methods are used for samples
Work closely with QA Manager to achieve required quality standards by developing, suggesting and implementing technical solutions
Make sure the proper functioning of pilot run process in the plant by guiding pilot run team
