Assistant Supervisor / Storekeeper (Warehouse & Cold Storage)

Responsibilities
- Manage raw materials and finished goods, including frozen & chilled products
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks
- Ensure physical stock matches inventory records (manual/system)
- Prepare and submit stock reports to management on a regular basis
- Monitor and implement FIFO / FEFO system, especially for chilled and frozen products
Receiving & Verification
- Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantity and quality
- Check delivery documents (DO / Invoice)
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, damages, or non-compliance issues
Loading & Dispatch
- Ensure correct items, quantities, and conditions before dispatch
- Organize and coordinate loading schedules efficiently and safely
