What You Will Do:

• Oversee, strategize, coordinate, and manage resources and logistics for commercial construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
• Guide subcontractors through construction projects, ensuring goals for project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience are achieved.
• Coordinate inspections required by permits and applicable authorities.
• Prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor safety meetings.
• Participate in weekly scheduling and coordination meetings.
