You will gain exposure to full-cycle wood-frame townhouse construction, from excavation through completion, while working in an environment that provides a clear path toward becoming a Superintendent.

The Role

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations on multi-phase, ground-oriented townhouse projects. This is a production wood-frame environment where sequencing, coordination, and consistency are critical.

• Assist with daily coordination of trades and site activities
• Support execution of the construction schedule and short-term lookaheads
