Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

Manages the efficiency day-to-day operations of assigned retail store and retail carts. Assists Team Members in achieving the revenue plan and delivering an optimal guest experience.

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for efficiently carrying out day-to-day store operations and ensuring sales floor presence to provide assistance to the team Responsible to ensure that the team adheres to the policies and SOPs that are implemented. Responsible to ensure consistent execution of guest service standards and exceeding guest expectation.

Lead and motivates store team to achieve revenue and per cap budgets, by providing them with sales goals tied to revenue plan. Responsible to coach and provide on-the-job training to enhance team member’s selling skills, product knowledge and guest service standards
