Assistant Store Manager

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As Assistant Branch Manager, you will work under the direction of the Branch Manager. You will manage a team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.

What you’re responsible for: 

• Promoting a welcoming and safe workplace;
• Applying environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures;
• Assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits; 
• Supervise daily operations such as scheduling, sales and production targets; 
• Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives;
• Assist the Branch Manager in employee communications.
