Assistant Store Manager We are seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube, an America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities Provide hands‐on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals. Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. Frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors. Qualifications Previous vehicle maintenance experience strongly preferred, but not required. Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience.
