About the Role
 : The ASM - Individual Contributor is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring service delivery across commercial or residential business profiles.
The person will report to the ABM/BM. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
Achieve business targets as per the approved business plan of the branch
Drive sales promotion activities in the assigned territory
Ensure all Sales KPIs are met on a month-on-month basis
Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiry calls within a specific timeframe
Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
