About the Role

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Assist the Sales Managers and General Manager in the planning and forecasting of goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
Assist with conducting monthly meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest.
Reach sales goals on strict timeline requirements.
Assist with training and support sales staff to reach target sales goals. 
Grow revenue and profitability in sales territory.
Represent The Employer in a favorable light to all accounts, press and industry representatives at all times.
Monitor the performance of all Sales Department staff. 
Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide periodic feedback alongside the Sales Managers and General Manager.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
