Assistant Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Margin Trading Facility (MTF) business. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing client exposures, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor MTF operations, client utilization, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/Exchange guidelines and internal risk policies.
• Track client positions, margin calls, and execute timely actions on shortfalls.
• Liaise with sales/relationship teams to drive MTF adoption and resolve client queries.
• Prepare MIS/reports on utilization, revenue, and risk exposure.
