Assistant Quality Manager

-Ensure compliance with EDA, GMP, and other relevant industry standards and local health authority regulations. -Conduct and Drive audits (internal, external, customer, and regulatory) and drive corrective/preventive actions. -Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems (QMS). -Monitor and control quality across production processes. -Manage Testing laboratory operations -Ensure the inspection and analysis of Raw materials, packaging materials, in process, semifinished product and finished products. -Enable for Packaging Quality Defects within defined AQL. -Track key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, first-pass yield). -Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues through CAPA and ensure effective implementation. -Manage customer quality requirements and ensure timely resolution of complaints. -Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality standards are met and track their performance. -Support Alternate vend...
