Assistant Property Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for residential properties. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, assisting the Property Manager in delivering a seamless tenant experience and ensuring property standards are maintained.

A key focus of this role is maintenance coordination, including handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and working with vendors.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, bilingual (Spanish/English preferred), and experienced in property management support and tenant relations.
