About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role involve working in legal, accounting, and operations, catching small things that are missed or should be added to the master lease template, requesting the proper permissions for importing, and getting the buildings LEED certified. The role also includes making small macro-level decisions to ensure the buildings get and stay current with technology.
Responsibilities
- Run & Digitally File Yardi Reports (Rent Roll, Rent Up, Budget Comp, Weekly AP/AR, etc.)
- Code Invoice Workflow for approval
- Coordinate vendors for engineering
- Digitally file annual testing and reports
- Review and file scheduled service summaries
- Follow up with vendors on invoices and payments
- Coordinate work orders, email tenants to confirm satisfaction with completion, close out work orders
