Assistant Project Manager, SCMP Live (Events)

Purpose of the position: Reporting to the Associate Director, the Assistant Project Manager is a key member of the SCMP Live events team.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by providing end-to-end project management for events of all scales, from initial briefing through to flawless execution   Job Responsibilities: Client & Project Scoping: Conduct regular client meetings to define detailed event objectives, requirements, and briefs.

Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.

Project Monitoring: Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and preparing meeting materials and reports.
