Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help run a fast moving AI product. This role is all about ownership, clarity, and momentum. You will organize work, test the product daily, surface real issues early, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

This is not a passive role. You will be expected to see what needs to be done and make it happen.

What You Will Do
You will own the day to day organization of tasks across the AI project.
You will keep work moving forward and remove blockers before they slow the team down.
You will test the product every single day and look at it like a real user would.
You will find real problems early, not after launch.
You will clearly report what is working, what is not working, and why it matters.
You will track tasks from start to finish and make sure they actually get closed.
You will raise issues early, even when it is uncomfortable or inconvenient.
