Assistant Project Manager

Qualifications Required- 2-4 years‘ experience in wastewater management, STP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise all structural works (RCC foundations, tanks, clarifiers, pump houses, buildings, etc.) as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, curing, and finishing activities.
• Plan daily/weekly work schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Ensure timely material availability and proper site coordination.
• Maintain quality as per IS codes, including BBS verification, slump tests, cube tests, and QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain reconciliation records.
• Prepare DPR, measurement sheets, and support billing processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and HSE guidelines.
• Resolve site-level structural challenges in coordination with design/consultant teams.<...
