Assistant project manager

Qualifications Required- 2-4 years‘ experience in wastewater management, STP projects.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise all structural works (RCC foundations, tanks, clarifiers, pump houses, buildings, etc.) as per approved drawings and BOQ.
Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, curing, and finishing activities.
Plan daily/weekly work schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery.
Ensure timely material availability and proper site coordination.
Maintain quality as per IS codes, including BBS verification, slump tests, cube tests, and QA/QC documentation.
Monitor material consumption and maintain reconciliation records.
Prepare DPR, measurement sheets, and support billing processes.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and HSE guidelines.
Resolve site-level structural challenges in coordination with design/consultant teams.
