Job Description
Knownsense Studios is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects while ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, MOMs, and status updates.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential challenges.
- Support site visits, installations, and project handovers as required.
