Assistant Project Coordinator (Field Based)

ERM is hiring an Assistant Project Coordinator to support our Biophysical teams remote based in British Columbia, Canada . This role provides real‑time logistical and safety support to field scientists working on active field programs, while also supporting client communications and ensuring consistent adherence to established protocols. This is a fast‑paced and highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and careful coordination across multiple project areas. This is a part‑time (8-15 hours per week) , limited‑term role for a duration of 4 months .

Responsibilities

• Communicate with field crews by phone, email, and Microsoft Teams to provide real‑time direction, safety guidance, and logistical support during field activities.
• Coordinate daily assignments, track progress, and ensure field crews have accurate information to meet compliance requirements.
