About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of Pashawat, our Arabic / Lebanese restaurant. The selected candidate will assist in leading the team, ensuring high service standards, and delivering an authentic dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Ensure smooth service flow in line with Arabic / Lebanese dining standards
Lead, train, and motivate the service team
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance follow-up
Control costs, monitor inventory, and support stock takes
Drive sales and upselling initiatives
