This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in export operations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation, who are confident working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
You will act and function as the brain of process improvements and change maker.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export customer orders from enquiry, quotation, order processing, to shipment and invoicing
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to overseas customers and partners
- Prepare, verify, and manage all export shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, certificate of analysis, etc.) ...
