Assistant Manager – US Domestic SLAB & Collateral Management

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily SLAB and collateral management operations, including exposure monitoring, collateral trade bookings, recalls, returns, and ensuring accurate and timely settlements. The role partners closely with traders, sales, custodians, and control teams to ensure effective risk mitigation, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing of collateralised agreements across derivatives, securities lending, and repo activity.
• Supervise booking of collateral trades and management of bilateral exposures. o Review recall and return bookings and ensure timely execution of counterparty requests.
• Coordinate triparty recalls, borrow requests, and pledge-in requirements to avoid shorts or buyin risks.
