About the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Market Operations – Securities Settlements team. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate processing of margin calls, money market fund reconciliations, and mitigating operational risks within the Prime Brokerage business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure margin calls are processed accurately and on time.
- Investigate and resolve money market fund and accounting breaks promptly.
- Liaise with internal teams and client representatives to resolve wire-related issues.
- Escalate operational risks and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to team development through documentation and training of new joiners.
