Assistant Manager, Transaction Services

Interpath Advisory is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for our Transaction Services team in our Edinburgh, Birmingham or Leeds offices . This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, including prominent private equity and corporate entities. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the unique chance to work closely with industry-leaders in a dynamic and entrepreneurial Deal Advisory practice.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the transaction lifecycle, engaging in both buy-side and sell-side assignments. You will play a pivotal role in supporting & delivering successful transactions by collaborating with our corporate finance and debt advisory specialists within the Interpath network.
