Job Description

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of piping engineers and draftsmen;
• Providing technical guidance and coaching to team to provide fiberglass piping design review and advisory to customers in shipbuilding and offshore business;
• Overall managing TSG Teams to deliver fiberglass piping prefabrication spool drawings meeting customer/project requirements;
• Overall managing team and team member performance, productivity, on-time delivery and spool drawing quality.
• Oversee work assignment - projects/jobs allocation;
• Fostering a positive and inclusive team environment;
• Identify and drive development and improvement;
• Exploring opportunities and collaboration with other department and business units.
