About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Award / Tendering & Procurement
Review RFQ and tender packages to fully understand technical scope, specifications, schedule, and commercial requirements.
Prepare clean-sheet cost estimates and establish benchmark prices for various RFQ scopes.
Develop subcontracting strategies aligned with project objectives, risk profile, and market conditions.
Float enquiries to qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams to clarify scope, interfaces, and assumptions.
Collect and organize subcontractor offers within defined timelines.
Perform technical, commercial, and scope evaluations of received offers.
Prepare detailed price comparison statements, cost breakdown analyses, and value-for-money assessments.
