About the Role

Description:
 : Our client is a very sizable fashion & apparel retailer and now looking for a potential incumbent to join their team.
Responsible for implementing store development plan for the market in HK and China
Perform market research and identify potential sites as well as review and analyze the tenant mix of the potential area
Manage the tenancy documentation and negotiate with landlords to achieve the most competitive terms and costs
Work closely with project team and vendors to ensure the premises are delivered as schedule
 Requirement: : Bachelor degree holder
6+ years’ experience in store planning and development with solid exposure in tenancy management
Strong business sense and analytical skill, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
