Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose This role requires the candidate to be able to source as well as sell

down structured products (DA/ PTC)

Role Initiation of discussions with banks for Sale of portfolio
Evaluating buy proposals for inorganic growth
Maintaining relationships with arrangers and counterparties
End to end preparation of proposals/ documentation for
transaction
End to end execution of transaction
Supporting and coordinating with various stakeholders
Monitoring credit/ payouts for purchased portfolios

Qualification &
experience

CA/ MBA
3-5 years front end work experience in DA/ PTC transactions

Essential skills 1. Handled front end DA/PTC transactions
2. Has raised funds through DA/PTC in current role
3. Aware of various regulations related to the transactions
4. Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation
