Key Responsibilities:
Take lead in the design reviews in the product development process, including the understanding of customer requirements and mapping to CTQ (critical to quality) design features.Work closely with CFT (cross-functional team) to scrutinize design concepts for cost, lead time, quality, standardization, supply assurance, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.Assist the new product development team with rapid prototyping techniques, testing and validation of proto samples.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that product meets customer specifications.Work with the manufacturing department to ensure that the product designs are optimized for manufacturability and assembly.Critical ThinkingDisplaying Technical ExpertiseDriving Projects to CompletionProblem Solving
