Assistant Manager - Project Management

Job Summary:

Support the European Sales Offices during the preparation of commercial offers for Green Field projects, manufactured in any of the wordwide Flow Control factories but mainly in AP.

Be responsible of several KOB projects by driving all activities (from letter of intent to invoicing) required for their smooth execution, in order to deliver them as per customer requirements and contractual delivery dates while improving their profitability.
 

Internal

Lead multidisciplinary teams mainly in an international context: GPP, Sales, FECS-FCEC, project teams from other world areas, QP&S Engineers, Planning Engineer, Contract Admins of the various European Sales Offices, doc team, execution team (detailers, drafters, Product Engineers, IPM, Quality team, Shipping, Production, Procurement, Purchasing …), Finances.

External

Customers mainly but also rd parties or suppliers if necessary.
