Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering/Garment Manufacturing.
• 4-5 years of experience in garment production leading teams in a Supervisory capacity.
• Excellent people management skills, interpersonal skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, good problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Technical Knowledge of: Lean Six Sigma, Production Management, QC tools.
• OperationalUnderstanding of:Process layouts, Line Balancing, Workforce calculation, Machines awareness, and Sewing Processes.
