Assistant Manager Production

Job Purpose

You will lead and support production and manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality products on time. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and planning teams. • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing and packaging activities to meet schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Coach and develop production teams; set clear expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Support compliance and quality systems through investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), change controls and audit readiness.
