**Purpose of the role**



**The function is three-fold:**



**(a) provide PCIS (power, control, and information system) support to site, eliminate PCIS-related technical breakdowns and optimization of process and packing equipment OEE.**



**(b) plan preventive maintenance activities and improvement works for technicians to carry out associated task with all PCIS assets.**



**(c) coach and lead a team of PCIS technicians working on shifts.**



**(d) lead small improvement projects in plant on PCIS discipline working with process and packing equipment site leads.**
