Job Description Assist in planning and coordinating outbound logistics, including container placement, loading, and dispatch via rail, road, and sea. Support the alignment of dispatch schedules with production and sales requirements to meet delivery timelines. Ensure proper coordination with transporters and shipping lines for timely placement of trucks, containers, and vessels. Monitor the loading process to ensure the correct product quality and quantity are dispatched. Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with domestic and international regulations. Assist in managing documentation for exports, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs clearance forms.
