- Performance Monitoring & Strategy: Actively monitor business operational performance, using rigorous analysis to challenge existing workflows and highlight specific areas for optimization.
- Problem Solving & Process Design: Develop a deep understanding of evolving business needs. You will identify operational bottlenecks, create immediate workarounds, and propose long-term process improvements.
- On-Ground Vendor Engagement: Conduct regular on-site visits to partner locations to audit physical operations, build relationships with store managers, and ensure that theoretical processes translate effectively to the shop floor.
