Assistant Manager – Operations Audit

To independently execute branch audit assignments through effective planning, fieldwork, and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal audit methodology, regulatory requirements, and approved timelines, under the supervision of the Manager Operations Audit.

Responsibilities

• Perform branch-level risk assessments to support planning of branch audit engagements in line with the approved risk assessment framework.
• Assist in the initiation of branch audit assignments, including issuance of audit commencement notifications and coordination with branches for audit logistics.
• Prepare audit programs identifying key risks, expected and actual controls, and appropriate audit procedures to evaluate control effectiveness.
• Execute branch audit assignments independently by performing audit procedures as per approved audit programs and documenting audit evidence in working papers.
