Assistant manager-nri operations

Role Purpose
Support end-to-end NRI account opening and modification by ensuring accurate KYC/KRA compliance, timely verification, and smooth coordination with clients, RMs, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end NRI account opening and modification cases, including document scrutiny, verification, and follow-ups.
Well-versed with KRA/KYC requirements for NRI clients, including NRE/NRO, FATCA, CRS, and overseas attestation norms.
Perform hands-on verification of documents and ensure compliance as per regulatory and internal guidelines.
Coordinate closely with clients, Relationship Managers, branches, and central teams to resolve NRI account opening queries.
Maintain and update MIS on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Track pending cases, highlight bottlenecks, and drive closures within defined TATs.
Handle exceptions and complex cases with proper escalation and documentation.
