About the Role

The
Assistant Manager – Payment Integrity (Complex & Clinical Audit)
serves as the
day-to-day operations point of contact
for Medical Management and/or Medical Coding teams. You will lead a team of nurses and allied healthcare professionals, drive operational performance, support audit initiatives, and ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations point of contact for Medical Management and/or Medical Coding teams
• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders for program initiatives
• Support the creation, launch, and execution of critical account initiatives
