To co-ordinate the activities for the implementation and improvement of the QAQC Management
System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 & company control procedures.

• To maintain the implementation, adequacy and effectiveness of the QAQC management
system.
• To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective action.
• To interface and communicate with all departments and projects sites to develop and
maintain the QAQC management system.
• To review and recommend amendments to company QAQC management system documents.
• To coordinate, review and report any feedback from clients, with a view for prevention nonconformances
and the general improvement of organization, practices and procedures.
