About the Role

Assistant Manager – Limerick City Centre

Excel Recruitment is excited to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our client’s store in Limerick City Centre.

Please note – this is a dual site role – Two stores 10 mins walk apart

This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional to support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the store while maintaining high standards of customer service, team performance, and operational excellence.

Salary: €40k DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in the daily operations of the store, ensuring all areas are running smoothly

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team to meet sales targets and achieve business goals

  • Oversee merchandising and upselling techniques to maximise sales and profitability
