Profile Overview: We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 5–7 years of experience, specializing in criminal law, to join our Legal Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing litigation across domains such as criminal, recovery, regulatory and civil matters, and should have hands-on experience in dealing with authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end litigation
- Conduct legal research
- File complaints and supporting documentation
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and complaints
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel
- Ensure compliance with court orders
- Oversee proceedings and provide regular status updates
