What You'll Do
- Support the IT Manager in planning and managing IT infrastructure.
- Lead VoIP deployments (FreePBX, Elastix, ViciDial) and ensure system reliability.
- Oversee network operations, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Implement and manage VPNs, routing, switching, and security measures.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and aligned with business needs.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and system upgrades.
- Guide and support IT staff and end-users with training and solutions.
