Assistant Manager - IT Applications

The Assistant Manager for NetSuites Application is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system and related IT applications for the Community Management. This role will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business processes and enhance system functionality.

• Manage the configuration, customization, and administration of the NetSuite ERP system to meet business requirements and optimize functionality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related inquiries.
