About the Role

PRIMARY ROLE


To manage day-to-day HR operational matters for JEN Singapore Tanglin, partnering Division Heads to deliver strong HR service across payroll administration, talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation & benefits, performance management, work pass/visa administration, and employee engagementaligned with Shangri-La Group standards and Singapore employment legislation.

Responsibilities


1. Payroll Administration (Core Ownership)


  • Own end-to-end monthly payroll administration, including compilation of payroll inputs (new hires, resignations, salary changes, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave, claims, overtime where applicable).




  • Prepare and manage all payroll administration deliverables including IR8AAppendix 8A/8B (where applicable), Benefits-in-Kind, and related statutory payroll documentation.
