As a Assistant Store Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong store performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while helping to lead an inclusive and diverse team. By role‑modeling the DEBRA values, you will help create a positive environment where colleagues and volunteers feel supported, engaged, and focused on delivering impact for the EB community.

This is a Part Time, Permanent position working 21 hours per week over 3 days out of 7 . Salary is £14,458.08 per annum / £13.24 per hour .
