We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager who is responsible for assisting the Production Manager with the daily management and coordination to ensure that all of the company goals and objectives in the hog barn are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, motivating and leading the team of technicians
• Planning daily work routines
• Implementing best practices and ensuring their compliance
• Take responsibility of the barn in the managers absence
• To provide practical training for new and existing employees
• To be present when any disciplinary action is required on employees working in the barn
