Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential
8-12 years
HR professional who combines strong HR generalist capabilities with analytical depth, excellent project execution skills, and a forward-looking mindset toward AI. Someone with a strong analytical capability with ability to think from the ground up, structure projects effectively, track and interpret data rigorously, connect dots across insights, and demonstrate excellent Excel skills (mandatory).This is an individual contributor role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges, building solutions from scratch, and driving impact in a fast-paced professional services environment.
