Job Title: Data Analyst – Tax Team
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary: EXL's Tax Team is seeking a Sales & Use Tax Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will manage and analyze tax-related data, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies through effective use of Vertex.
Key Responsibilities:
End – to – End tax tagging of menu items across the US and Canada regions.
Analyze large data sets to extract merchant information and assign appropriate tax tags.
Co-ordinate with COE team related menu maker items to ensure accurate tax tagging.
INCA item tax tagging and related data processing through Alteryx
custom SQL queries to identify, investigate and correct, incorrect or missing tax tags.
Design and created Alteryx workflows for testing and validation purposes.
