Assistant Manager, Engineering (Danao, Cebu)

The Engineering Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily plant engineering activities, including supervising, analyzing, recommending, and standardizing the refrigeration system, compressed air system, power system, steam system, and equipment preventive maintenance.

• Ensures effectiveness and accomplishment of PM tasks according to plan.
• Recommends changes, revisions, deletions, and adds PM work orders and schedules.
• Evaluates the daily monitoring activities of the Engineering Technicians.
• Assists in conducting troubleshooting and initiating system upgrades of plant equipment.
• Ensures the availability of critical elements needed for smooth plant production as well as the compliance of the plant with all internal and external auditing bodies (structural, waste water, fire protection, environment, health, and safety).
