Assistant Manager, Documentary Collections

What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Trade Documents & Documentary Collections, this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Documentary Collections team. This team operates in a high-profile, high-risk, and critically time-sensitive transaction environment, supporting a global client base that includes Retail and Commercial Banking and Capital Markets. The incumbent will lead a team of employees who are responsible for end-to-end processing of Documentary Collections. Additionally, the incumbent is accountable for operationalizing client care strategies, maximizing transaction processing efficiency and effectiveness, resolving problems, and integrating and implementing new initiatives and activities related to the Documentary Collections team, including the introduction of automation through various tools such as RPA.
